Getting Started

Step 1: Request your appointment(s)

To request an appointment, please do one of the following:

• Once we receive your request, your international medical team will contact you within one business day to gather more detailed information.

Step 3: Receive your appointment confirmation

Your international medical team will confirm your appointment shortly after we receive your medical records. We’ll send you a packet with the name of your doctor, the time, date and location of your appointment, and other important information you need to know before traveling.

If you also wish to make medical appointments for a travel companion, please let your international medical team know so we can schedule them before finalizing your travel itinerary.

Step 4: Prepare your visa requirements

Once your appointment has been confirmed, your international medical team will send an appointment confirmation packet that can be used when you complete your visa application. Let your international medical team know if you require a visa letter for your application.

Step 5: Receive a cost estimate and make a deposit

Helpful, knowledgeable financial counselors will assist you with preparing estimates, understanding the bill, providing payments, verifying insurance or embassy coverage and delivering a convenient final bill within 90 days of your visit.

Step 6: Make your travel arrangements

Once your appointment at Alpha ortho clinic has been confirmed, your international medical concierge will assist you with any transportation and accommodation needs related to your visit.
