We administer Tranexamic & Dexamethasone drug which has a good proven record of preventing blood loss. We prefer to administer regional Anaesthesia (Spinal + Epidural analgesia / Local Blocks) over general Anaesthesia during the procedure, to prevent the common complications like loss of Consciousness, nausea and vomiting.
